Irfan Razack, Prestige Group ke CMD, bilkul bhi chintit nahi hain real estate market mein slowdown ko lekar. Unka kehna hai ki sector mein sales ka pace abhi bhi zabardast hai. Aur 40 saal ke experience ke baad, woh keh rahe hain ki current pace exceptional hai.
Hyderabad mein Dhamaka!
Apni baat ko aur strong karne ke liye, Razack ne Hyderabad mein Prestige Golden Grove project ka example diya. Sirf 2 hafton mein is project ne ₹2,500 crore se zyada ki sales achieve ki! Project mein 4,000 se zyada visitors aaye aur 5,000 se zyada units mein se lagbhag 1,700 bik gaye. Ye project ek hi phase mein develop ho raha hai aur lagbhag 4 saal mein complete hoga.
Bade Developers ka Zamanah?
Razack ne ye bhi note kiya ki real estate sector mein kaafi consolidation ho rahi hai, jisse bade aur established brands ko fayda ho raha hai. Unka manna hai ki quality aur scale waale developers ab market share zyada grab kar rahe hain.
Costs badh rahi hain, par pricing carefully!
Woh maante hain ki inflation aur raw material costs badh rahi hain. Unka kehna hai ki "shortages hongi" aur "price increases" honge, lekin iske exact level par kuch kehna mushkil hai. Woh developers ko pricing ke maamle mein "bahut, bahut careful" rehne ki salaah dete hain, kyunki project time adhik hone se saari badhi hui costs directly buyers par nahi daali ja sakti.
Prestige Group ka Growth Target?
Market ki uncertainties ke bawajood, Prestige Group ka outlook positive hai. FY26 mein ₹30,000 crore ki sales ke baad, company FY27 mein kam se kam 20% growth target kar rahi hai. Razack ko Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, aur Chennai jaise shehron mein strong pipeline ke saath growth ki poori ummeed hai.
Iske alawa, Prestige apne hospitality business ko bhi expand kar raha hai, jismein FY30 tak 5,000 rooms ka target hai, jo abhi ke 1,500 rooms se kaafi zyada hai. Naye projects bade metropolitan areas mein plan kiye ja rahe hain.
