  • Lyka Labs: NCLAT ne Modi Lifecare Industries ko ₹63 Lakh dene ka order diya hai insolvency se bachne ke liye.
  • Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd.: Bhanwariya Infra Projects se transformers aur reactors ka ₹175 Crore ka order mila hai, jo March 2028 tak deliver hoga.
  • Mastek: Amit Gajwani ko naya Chief Operating Officer banaya gaya hai.

SPARC ka yeh case pharma industry mein third-party manufacturing pe depend karne ke risks dikhata hai. Agar manufacturing issues solve ho gaye toh future mein approval mil sakta hai.
