Dehko, NBCC India ne Q3 FY26 ke liye results announce kiye hain aur numbers sach mein mast hain. Standalone net profit 52.88% jump karke ₹19,660.26 Lakh tak pahunch gaya. Wahi, consolidated net profit bhi 38.46% badhkar ₹19,721.52 Lakh ho gaya. Revenue bhi 7.60% badhkar ₹3,02,239.36 Lakh ho gaya hai.
Ek bada reason is profit surge ka hai 'exceptional item reversal'. Kochi Real Estate project ke liye inventory write-down ko reverse kiya gaya hai, jiska fayda ₹8,015.53 Lakh hua hai. Real estate segment ne bhi achha profit dikhaya hai.
Par bhai, sab kuch itna bhi smooth nahi hai!

SEBI ke rules ke according, Board of Directors mein zaroori number mein independent directors hone chahiye, jo ki abhi nahi hain. Isse company ke governance par sawaal uthte hain.

- Subsidiary HSCC mein bhi balance reconciliation aur financial closures ke issues hain.
Auditor ki report bhi in sab challenges ko highlight karti hai. To bhaiyo, jab tak ye issues solve nahi hote, tab tak thoda dhyan se invest karna. Profit achha hai, par risks bhi kam nahi hain! Board meeting February 13, 2026 ko hui thi jisme Q3 FY26 results approve hue. Company ne Second Interim Dividend bhi ₹0.21 per share pay kiya hai.
