Consolidated side pe dekho toh, company ka profit after tax (PAT) 50.58% YoY neeche gir gaya, Rs. 781.41 Lakh ho gaya hai. Yeh tab hua jab unka revenue toh 21.81% badhkar ₹4,877.31 Lakh ho gaya tha.

EPS bhi Rs. 0.72 ho gaya, jo pehle ₹1.17 tha. Aur jo 9 mahine ka number hai, woh toh aur bhi alarming hai, jismein PAT 79.08% YoY toot gaya aur Rs. 5,563.40 Lakh par aa gaya. Is period mein EPS bhi Rs. 3.46 ho gaya, jo pehle Rs. 17.33 tha.

🚀 Bade Acquisitions aur Fundraising

Company ne strategy ke hisaab se kuch bade kadam uthaye hain. December 26, 2025 ko Base Buildwell Private Limited (BBPL) ka acquisition poora kar liya hai, jiske liye ₹32,000 Lakh ki amount di gayi hai aur ₹11,800 Lakh ka interest-free security deposit bhi. Isse pehle April mein Boulevard Projects Private Limited (BPPL) bhi acquire kiya tha.

Fundraising ki baat karein toh, company ne Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) se aaye ₹77,957.55 Lakh ko mostly land aur general corporate purposes ke liye use kiya hai. Saath hi, ₹15,000 Lakh ke warrants bhi approve kiye gaye hain aur unki share allotment chal rahi hai.

Gurugram Mein Naya Project Launch

Business development ke liye, Max Estates Gurgaon Two Limited ne Gurugram mein apne "Estate 361" project ka Phase I launch kiya hai. Company ne yeh bhi bataya hai ki naye Labour Codes ka impact un par zyada nahi hoga.
