Max Estates ne ab Gurugram mein apna latest project 'The Terraces' launch kiya hai, jo ki Estate 361 development ka pehla phase hai. Dwarka Expressway par bane is project se company kaafi umeed rakhti hai, aur sirf Phase 1 se hi ₹1,200 Crore ka revenue generate karne ka target hai. Profit Mein Girawat Aur Debt Ka Pressure

Company ne FY26 ke Q1 mein accha revenue dikhaya tha, lekin Q3 FY26 mein net profit kaafi gir gaya tha operating costs badhne ki wajah se. Haalanki, FY26 mein ₹5,305 Crore ki pre-sales hui hain, par company ka net debt ₹414 Crore tak pahunch gaya hai aur interest coverage ratio bhi bahut kam hai.

Competition Aur Future Plans

Dwarka Expressway area mein competition bhi badh raha hai, jaise DLF aur Godrej Properties bhi yahan active hain. Company par regulatory issues ka risk bhi hai. Lekin Max Estates FY27 mein ₹16,000 Crore ki GDV pipeline expect kar rahi hai aur Noida aur Gurugram mein aur bhi projects launch karne wali hai.
