Marriott ka India mein Bada Plan!
Marriott International ne India mein ekdum dhamakedar entry maari hai! Unka naya project, Westin Residences Gurugram, ₹5600 crore ka hai aur ye luxury real estate space mein unke bade plans dikhata hai. Ye project Whiteland Corporation ke saath milkar banaya ja raha hai.
Project ka Size aur Funding
Ye project India ke sabse bade branded residential developments mein se ek banega. Ye 20 acres mein faila hoga aur ismein lagbhag 1600 premium residences hongi jo 13 towers mein banengi. Goal hai ₹15,000 crore ka revenue generate karne ka. Is bade project ke liye ₹800 crore ki funding Ascertis Credit se mili hai. Construction ka kaam ₹2000 crore mein Kalpataru Projects International aur Ahluwalia Contracts ko diya gaya hai. Mazaak nahi hai, 11 mein se 13 towers early 2026 tak launch ho jayengi aur 1464 residences mein se 862 homes already bik chuki hain!
India Ki Luxury Market Ka Boom
India mein branded residences ki demand kaafi badh rahi hai, khaas kar High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) aur Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) ke beech. Is segment mein sales 2025 ke pehle half mein hi 85% badh gayi thi. Branded residences, jo premium lifestyle aur hospitality services deti hain, normal luxury properties se 30% se 40% zyada mehengi hoti hain. Gurugram Delhi NCR mein aise developments ka ek bada hub banta ja raha hai.
Marriott Ka Vision Aur Stock
Marriott International 2030 tak India mein 500 hotels ka target rakhe hue hai. Ye project unki 'experience-led hospitality' strategy ka hissa hai, jo Westin jaise brands ko Indian market ki badhti demand se jodta hai.
