₹900 Cr QIP: Paisa hi paisa, Debt zero!
Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited ne ekdum dhamakedar kaam kiya hai! Company ne Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) se ₹900 crore ka tagda fund raise kiya hai. Isse company ab net cash positive ho gayi hai, jo ki ek bahut bada financial milestone hai. Fund raise kiye gaye paise mein se ₹340 crore seedha debt kam karne mein laga diye gaye hain.
Q3 FY26 Results: Kya bolte hain numbers?
December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26) tak company ki total adjusted revenue ₹178 crore rahi hai. Profit after tax (PAT) ₹33 crore aaya hai, jo ki 23% ka PAT margin deta hai. Is quarter mein EBITDA ₹39 crore raha, jismein 27% ka margin tha.
Agar nine months (9M FY26) ka combined dekhein toh, revenue ₹656 crore aur PAT ₹161 crore raha hai, jismein 33% ka solid margin mila hai. EBITDA ₹200 crore tha, 41% margin ke saath.
Mixed Trends aur Strategic Moves
Number toh acche hain, lekin kuch areas hain jahan nazar rakhni padegi. Sales growth mein -29.83% ki kami dikhi hai, aur debtor days bhi pehle ke 43.6 days se badhkar 60.0 days ho gaye hain. Is par company ko dhyan dene ki zaroorat hai.
Fund raise ke alawa, company ek amalgamation plan par bhi kaam kar rahi hai, jise board ne approve kar diya hai. Isse corporate structure streamline hoga aur kaam kaaj mein efficiency aayegi.
Project Pipeline Aur Future Outlook
Future ke liye bhi plans bade hain. Naye projects jaise Monte South Commercial aur Nexzone Phase III launch ho chuke hain, aur Marathon Neo Series bhi aa raha hai. Management growth acceleration aur debt reduction par focus kar rahi hai.
