Aur profit badhne ka ek bada reason hai ki company ne apni subsidiary Mahindra Homes Private Ltd. mein baaki stake purchase kar liya, jis se ₹3,076 lakh ka exceptional gain mila. Naye labour codes ka bhi thoda positive impact pada hai.

Management ka kehna hai ki aage chal kar bhi residential projects ki launch pipeline mazboot hai aur industrial plots ki demand bhi achhi hai. Iss wajah se company future ko lekar kaafi optimistic hai. Lekin haan, investors ko naye projects ke execution par nazar rakhni hogi aur real estate market mein aane wale kisi bhi bade change (headwinds) ko bhi dhyan mein rakhna hoga.
