Annuity Income Ka Big Plan

Boss log, Lodha Developers apne recurring revenue ko ekdum se badhane wale hain. Real estate ki yeh company apna annuity income aane wale 6 saal mein 10 guna tak badha kar ₹3,000 Crore tak le jane ka plan kar rahi hai. Iska poora focus unke badhte hue data center business par hai, lekin retail, warehousing, aur office developments bhi isme madad karenge.

Data Center Ka Khel

Is bade expansion ka sabse important part hai 1 GW data center capacity develop karna, woh bhi built-to-suit basis par. Palava ke paas, Mumbai ke nazdeek, 100 acres se zyada zameen par yeh project hoga aur isse kafi rental income milegi. Lodha Developers apne data center projects mein lagbhag ₹13,000-₹15,000 Crore invest karne ka soch rahe hain, jisme zameen ki cost shamil nahi hai. Company ne Palava mein additional 2 GW data center capacity ke liye bhi land parcels monetize karne ka plan banaya hai.

Deals Aur Numbers (Partnerships and Financials)

Is project ke liye developer ne Maharashtra government ke saath ek Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sign kiya hai Palava mein 400 acres mein Green Data Centre Park banane ke liye. Yeh sab initiatives company ke zabardast financial results se support ho rahe hain. March mein khatam hue fiscal year ke liye, Lodha Developers ne net profit mein 24% ka year-on-year jump dikhaya, jo ₹3,431 Crore tak pahunch gaya. Total revenue bhi 21% badh kar ₹16,680 Crore ho gaya, jisme record quarterly aur annual pre-sales ka bada hath hai.

Performance Aur Future

Fourth quarter mein net profit 9% badha tha pichhle saal ke comparison mein, jo ₹1,010 Crore raha. Total revenue 12% year-on-year badhkar ₹4,710 Crore ho gaya. Abhishek Lodha, MD & CEO, ne kaha ki geopolitical challenges ke bawajood company ka performance stable raha. Unhone yeh bhi bataya ki ₹20,000 Crore se zyada pre-sales achieve karne ke baad bhi company ka market share abhi bhi kam hai, jo future growth ke liye ek bada scope dikhata hai.

Company ne collections aur operational efficiency se apna net debt ₹800 Crore kam kar ke ₹5,377 Crore kar liya hai. Lodha ka net margin iss saal 20.0% raha, jo company ke liye pehli baar hai. Developer ne major cities mein ₹60,000 Crore GDV wale 12 new projects bhi add kiye, jo unke annual targets se kaafi upar hai. Ab ₹2,00,000 Crore GDV available for sale ke sath, Lodha expect karta hai ki business development spending ko kam karke next 2 saal mein free cash flow ko boost karega.
