Yeh log Palava mein ek bada data center park bana rahe hain! 400 acres ki jagah aur 3 GW power capacity use karenge. Anchor clients mein AWS aur STT jaise bade naam jud gaye hain. Palava aur Upper Thane mein infrastructure upgrade bhi chal raha hai.

Management ko lagta hai ki Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore jaise core markets mein demand bani rahegi. NCR aur data centers ko growth ka bada catalyst mana ja raha hai. Company percentage completion method par bhi shift ho rahi hai revenue recognition ke liye. Inke paas aage paanch saal ke liye ₹2 lakh crore se bhi zyada ka development pipeline hai, matlab growth ki koi kami nahi dikh rahi. Premiumization par bhi focus hai.
