Is deal ke peeche Lodha ki Q3 FY25-26 ki zabardast results bhi hain. Unka consolidated net profit 1% badhkar ₹956.9 Crore ho gaya, aur total income ₹4,775.4 Crore rahi. Isliye kuch analysts is stock ko 'bahut mehnga' keh rahe hain aur 'SELL' rating bhi de rahe hain. High construction costs, regulatory delays aur debt reliance bhi risks ho sakte hain jo margins par asar daal sakte hain. Pichle 5 saal mein sales growth sirf 2.06% rahi hai aur return on equity bhi last 3 saalon mein 11.4% hi rahi hai. Promoter holding bhi kam hui hai.
Phir bhi, bahut saare analysts 'BUY' rating de rahe hain aur 1-year price target lagbhag ₹1,324.17 tak dekha ja raha hai, highest ₹1,615.00 tak. Jefferies aur Emkay Global jaise broking firms ne bhi 'Buy' ratings maintain ki hain. Overall Indian real estate sector ki outlook positive hai, jo Lodha ke liye accha hai. Bas dekhna hai ki woh apne bade plans ko kaise execute karte hain aur valuation ko justify kar paate hain ya nahi.
