Bhaiyo aur behno, Indiabulls ka stock iss saal **41%** se zyaada gir gaya hai! Magar ek interesting baat hai – stock girne ke bawajood, company ne Gurgaon mein **₹600 Crore** ka ek naya premium commercial project launch kiya hai. Kya chal raha hai?

Okay, toh yeh jo naya project launch hua hai na, yeh Gurgaon ke Dwarka Expressway ke paas wali location par hai. Indiabulls ne iske liye joint venture kiya hai aur yeh 2.38-acre ki jagah pe banega. Iska Gross Development Value ₹600 Crore ka bataya ja raha hai. Is project mein offices, retail spaces, food courts aur service apartments sab kuch hoga. Location toh ekdum zabardast hai, kyunki Dwarka Expressway area abhi bohot tezi se develop ho raha hai aur yahan commercial demand bhi acchi khasi hai.

Ab stock ki baat karte hain. Stock toh bhai apna 41.49% year-to-date neeche gir chuka hai. Pichhle ek saal mein yeh 31.69% gira hai aur 6 mahine mein toh 47.09% ka nuksaan de chuka hai investors ko. Stock toh apne 52-week low ke aas-paas hi trade kar raha hai.

Waise toh India ka real estate sector 2026 mein theek-thaak perform karne ki ummeed hai, prices 6-7% tak badh sakti hain. Dwarka Expressway corridor bhi ekdum hot spot bana hua hai. Lekin jab hum bade players jaise DLF (Market Cap ₹1,34,644 Cr) aur Lodha Developers (Market Cap ₹86,847 Cr) ko dekhte hain, toh Indiabulls ka Market Cap sirf ₹2,389 Crs ke aas-paas hai (March 18, 2026 tak). BSE Realty Index ka P/E 34.7 hai, jabki Indiabulls ka khud ka P/E 23.4 tha (March 20, 2026). Analyst coverage bhi bahut kam hai, bas Axis Securities ne 'BUY' rating di hai aur target ₹145 rakha hai.

Sabse badi chinta investors ko company ki profitability aur future prospects ko lekar hai. Stock ka P/E toh -16.22 ho gaya tha (March 18, 2026 tak), jo ki bilkul bhi accha sign nahi hai. Aur upar se, company ka business focus bhi clear nahi lagta – ek taraf yeh real estate project ki baat ho rahi hai, toh doosri taraf digital platforms aur e-commerce ka bhi naam aa raha hai. Yeh confusing strategy investors ka trust uda sakti hai.

Ab company apne agle earnings report mein batayegi ki portfolio ka progress kya hai. Real estate sector toh overall positive hai, bas inflation aur badhti costs ka pressure hai. Yeh naya Gurgaon project kaise perform karta hai, yeh dekhna kaafi important hoga, kyunki stock toh filhaal bahut hi out of form chal raha hai.
