Ye number pichle 2022-2023 period ke $16.3 billion se 88% zyada hai! Matlab investors ka confidence full level pe hai. Zada tar paisa land aur office properties mein laga hai, jo ki ek safe bet mana jaata hai.

Real estate se India ke GDP mein contribution 7-8% se badhkar 2030 tak 13% ho sakta hai!
Institutional Investors Ka Bada Role!
Is baar institutional investors ne toh kamaal hi kar diya. Ye log total investment ka lagbhag 30% laye hain, aur unki paisa lagane ki speed pichle 2 saal ke muqable double ho gayi hai! Unhone mainly office, retail, aur logistics wale assets mein paisa lagaya hai. Yahan tak ki REITs ka market cap bhi April 2020 se December 2025 tak lagbhag 6 guna badhkar $1.7 trillion ho gaya hai. Sirf Q1 2026 mein REITs ne $2 billion invest kiye hain. Bank credit bhi commercial real estate ke liye 16% badha hai.
APAC Mein Bhi India Ka Danka!
Asi-Pacific (APAC) region mein dekha jaaye toh India ka real estate sector ab ek major destination ban gaya hai. Global investors India mein bara interest dikha rahe hain, kyunki yahan ki economy grow kar rahi hai, urbanization ho raha hai aur office, logistics, data center jaise sectors mein expansion chal raha hai. Yahan foreign investors ka hissa bhi 43% tak pahunch gaya tha.
Thode Challenges Bhi Hain Yaar!
Par haan, sab kuch itna bhi smooth nahi hai. Global economic uncertainty aur interest rates ka badhna thoda affect kar sakta hai, especially residential market ko. Hybrid work models ka long-term impact bhi dekha jayega. Data centers mein investment kaafi hai, par usme bahut zyada capital expenditure lagta hai aur oversupply ka risk bhi hai. Currency fluctuations aur supply chain issues bhi aam baat hain.

Aage kaafi umeed hai! Cushman & Wakefield kehte hain ki domestic investment badhega. India ka real estate market 2030 tak lagbhag ₹88 trillion tak pahunch sakta hai. Developers bhi bullish hain, lagbhag 70% ko lagta hai ki housing prices 5% se zyada badhengi. SEBI ne REITs ko equity-related instrument bataya hai aur RBI bhi direct lending approve karne ka soch raha hai, jisse aur zyada investors aayenge.
