High-end market thoda slow ho raha hai, par middle-income housing ki demand abhi bhi strong hai.

Analyst log expect kar rahe hain ki India ka real estate market 10-15% tak grow karega 2026 mein, mainly middle-income segment ki wajah se. Residential market 2031 tak USD 702.43 billion ka ho sakta hai. Fikar not, apartments hi main housing type rahenge.
