Listed hotel companies mein strong liquidity aur government ki tourism initiatives aage bhi isko support karengi. Airports ke paas ki land monetize karne ke bhi mauke ban rahe hain. Haan, Duniya mein thoda uncertainty hai, par India mein domestic travel ki demand itni mazboot hai ki global risks se zyada fark nahi padega. Bas ek cheez hai ki achhe hotel assets milne mein thodi kami ho sakti hai, jis se prices toh badhengi par deals kam ho sakte hain.
