Standalone results ki baat karein toh revenue 70% tak neeche gira, ab ₹1,606.75 Lakhs pe aa gaya hai jo pehle ₹5,431.70 Lakhs tha. Profit bhi lagbhag 70% kam hokar ₹483.73 Lakhs pe pahunch gaya ₹1,624.18 Lakhs se. Basic EPS bhi seedha ₹7.77 se ₹2.31 ho gaya.

Consolidated basis par bhi haalat kuch khaas nahi hai. Revenue 72% neeche, yani ₹1,633.35 Lakhs ho gaya ₹5,873.58 Lakhs se, aur profit toh 75% tak gira, ab ₹493.49 Lakhs raha ₹1,951.00 Lakhs ke muqable. Consolidated EPS bhi ₹9.33 se ₹2.36 pe aa gaya.

Consolidated mein bhi revenue 65% neeche aur profit 59% kam hokar ₹2,224.38 Lakhs ho gaya. Consolidated EPS ₹22.36 se ₹8.85 pe aa gaya.

Company Real Estate aur Financial Services mein kaam karti hai. Q3 FY26 standalone mein Real Estate segment ne ₹864.08 Lakhs ka revenue aur ₹198.88 Lakhs ka Profit Before Tax (PBT) dikhaya. Financial Services ne ₹721.45 Lakhs ka revenue aur ₹541.72 Lakhs ka PBT diya.
