Sirf shehron mein hi nahi, gaon mein bhi gharon ke liye paisa badhaya gaya hai. PMAY-Gramin ke liye subsidy ₹32,500 Cr se jump karke ₹54,917 Cr ho gayi hai, jo 50% se bhi zyada ka badhotri hai. Iska aim hai 4.95 crore gaon ke ghar banana, jisme se 3.97 crore beneficiaries already registered hain.

Ghar kharidna hoga aasan, loan lena bhi!

Ab is sab ka asar kya hoga? Yeh badhe hue allocations gharon ki affordability ko kaafi improve karenge, especially pehle ghar kharidne walon aur kam income wale logon ke liye. Loan lena bhi aasan ho jayega. Aur ₹2.67 lakh ki ek baar ki subsidy dene ke bajaye, ab ₹1.80 lakh paanch saal mein installments mein milenge. CARE Ratings ka bhi kehna hai ki FY27 tak scheme tezi se chalegi aur affordable housing companies ke liye demand steady rahegi.

Aadhar Housing Finance ki current situation

Aadhar Housing Finance (AHFL) ka market cap abhi lagbhag ₹17,800 crore hai. Company ka P/E ratio 40.15 hai, jo dikhata hai ki investors future growth se kaafi umeed laga rahe hain. Stock bhi apne 52-week high ke paas trade kar raha hai, aur budget ki yeh khabar uske liye aur bhi positive ho sakti hai.

Aage kya?

Government ka yeh move sirf housing finance companies ke liye hi nahi, balki cement aur construction material suppliers ke liye bhi faydemand hai. Isse employment bhi badhegi aur economy ko support milega.
