Brigade Group ne Bengaluru ke northwest side par apna 4.11-acre wala naya project, Brigade Lumina, officially launch kar diya hai. Is project se company ko ₹700 Crore se zyada ka revenue expect hai. Yeh project Tumkur Main Road par hai aur iski sabse badi khaas baat hai ki yeh 'net-zero carbon' design par banega.

Kya hai khaas Brigade Lumina mein?

Yahan par 2 aur 3 bedrooms wale apartments milenge, jinka size lagbhag 1,100 se lekar 1,800 square feet tak hoga. Project mein spaciousness, acchi natural light aur bade decks par focus kiya gaya hai. Sustainability ko dhyan mein rakhte hue, yeh net-zero carbon development banega jismein renewable energy, pani bachane ke advanced systems aur waste management techniques use hongi.

Management aur Connectivity Ka Dhamaka!

Pavitra Shankar, jo ki Managing Director hain, unhone kaha ki yeh project future-ready infrastructure ke liye company ke commitment ko dikhata hai. Northwest Bengaluru mein premium housing ki demand ko bhi yeh project poora karega. Unhone metro connectivity ki importance par bhi zor diya.

Brigade Lumina ki location bhi jabardast hai, Manjunathanagara Metro Station (Green Line) se bas thoda hi door hai. Isse residents ko alag-alag office hubs, schools aur hospitals tak pahunchna bahut aasan ho jayega. Project mein 15,000 sq ft ka clubhouse, sports courts, swimming pool aur community areas jaise amenities bhi hain.

Is launch ki news ke beech, Brigade Enterprises Ltd ke shares ne bhi achha perform kiya. Wednesday ko stock ₹663.10 par close hua, jo ki 2.58% ka izafa tha.
