Brigade Group aur Bain Capital ne milkar 50:50 ki joint venture banayi hai. Inka plan hai Bengaluru ke Whitefield area mein 2 million sq ft ka mixed-use project launch karne ka. Ismein lagbhag ₹2200 Crore ($265 million) ka investment kiya jayega, jismein top-class office spaces aur ek 5-star hotel banega.
