Yeh ₹80 lakh se ₹3 crore tak ke flats itne zyada hain ki average logo ki kharidari se bahar hain, bhale hi Bengaluru ki average per capita income ₹7.6 lakh ho. Asal mein, asli affordable units toh 33,831 hi hain. Baki jo 'affordable' bhi kehla rahe hain, woh bhi ₹65-80 lakh ke beech mein atak gaye hain.
Sirf ghar nahi, pain bhi mil raha hai!
Aur tension wali baat yeh hai ki 75% naye units abhi bhi under construction hain. Matlab log rent bhi bharein aur EMIs bhi, ek saath double burden!
Jagah ka bhi chakkar hai!

Developers ka funda aur aage ka rasta
Developers ka kehna hai ki saste projects mein risk zyada hai aur return kam, jabki luxury mein fatfat paisa aur profits milte hain. Yeh jo focus hai luxury par, yeh ameer aur gareeb ke beech ki doori badha raha hai. Experts keh rahe hain ki sirf market ke bharose yeh problem solve nahi hogi. Government ko kuch karna padega – khud projects lagane honge, public-private partnerships karni hongi, aur naye rules banane honge. Lekin yeh sab karna aasan nahi hai, funding aur implementation dono mein issues hain. Agar abhi kuch solid steps nahi uthaye gaye, toh Bengaluru apni economic competitiveness kho sakta hai, kyunki woh apne essential workers ko hi yahan adjust nahi kar payega.
