Ashiana Housing ne FY26 ko apne sabse strong sales ke saath end kiya hai, total ₹2,421.47 crore ki sales record kardi! Iska main credit Q4 ko jaata hai, jahan company ne 11.19 lakh sq ft ki booking ki, jo pichhle saal ke 8.48 lakh sq ft se kaafi zyada hai. Sales value toh double se bhi zyada ho gayi, ₹1,289.7 crore tak pahunch gayi! Q4 mein 665 units book hue, jo pichhle quarter aur pichhle saal dono se behtar hai.
Gurugram Projects Ne Ki Kamaal Ki Kamai!
Q4 ki success mein Gurugram ke Aaroham Phase-I aur Phase-II projects ka bada haath hai. In projects ne akele 5.44 lakh sq ft ki booking aur ₹832.50 crore ki sales value generate ki. Matlab, targeted projects par focus karne se company ko kaafi fayda hua.
