Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. ne FY2026 ke Q4 mein kamaal kar diya! Consolidated net profit double se bhi zyada ho gaya, matlab 121.5% ka badhotari, aur pahunch gaya ₹42.3 Crore tak. Yeh sab tab hua jabki revenue thoda kam hua, 4.7% se girkar ₹155.4 Crore ho gaya Q3 FY25 ke ₹163.1 Crore se. Asli magic hua hai EBITDA margin mein, jo 20.6% se 38.2% tak pahunch gaya. Iska matlab company apne projects par ab zyada profit bana paa rahi hai. EBITDA khud 76.5% badh kar ₹59.3 Crore ho gaya.
Naya Platform aur Debt Funding ka Plan
Growth aur flexibility ke liye, Arvind SmartSpaces ka board ₹300 Crore tak ka non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issue karne ja raha hai. Yeh private placement se hoga aur shareholders ki approval chahiye hogi. Real estate sector mein yeh normal hai, DLF Ltd. aur Godrej Properties jaise bade players bhi fund raise karne ke liye debt market use karte hain.
Ek aur badi khabar yeh hai ki company HDFC Capital Advisors ke saath milkar ek naya real estate platform bana rahi hai. Yeh HDFC Capital Development of Real Estate Affordable and Mid-income Fund – III (HDream – III) ke under hoga. Arvind SmartSpaces is joint venture mein promoter ka role nibhayega aur yeh platform naye projects acquire karne aur develop karne par focus karega. Iske alawa, company apni subsidiary Arvind SmartHomes Private (ASHPL) mein ₹125 Crore tak invest karegi taaki expansion mein help mile.
Market ka Scene aur Competitors
India ka real estate market abhi kaafi active hai. Q1 2026 mein deal volumes badhe hain, lekin total value kam hui hai. Mid-sized commercial properties ki demand zyada hai. Foreign investment se zyada domestic institutional capital ab market mein dikh raha hai.
Bade real estate companies ne bhi achhe results report kiye hain. Godrej Properties ka Q4 FY26 net profit 70% badh kar ₹649.88 Crore ho gaya tha. DLF ne Q4 FY26 mein ₹1,265 Crore ka consolidated profit report kiya tha, revenue kam hone ke bawajood. Sobha Limited ka Q4 net profit double se zyada hokar ₹91.83 Crore ho gaya tha, jabki revenues 59.8% badhkar ₹2,300 Crore ho gayi thi.
Valuation aur Future ki Umeed
Arvind SmartSpaces ka market cap lagbhag ₹2,700 Crore hai. Iska P/E ratio 36-37x ke aas-paas hai, jo sector ke average P/E 61.37 se kam hai. Pichle paanch saal mein is stock ne 500% se bhi zyada ka return diya hai.
Company ne March 31, 2026 ko khatam hone wale saal ke liye ₹2.25 per equity share ka final dividend recommend kiya hai, jise shareholders ki approval chahiye. NCDs se fund raise karne aur HDFC Capital ke saath naya platform banane se company ki project pipeline aur financial capacity strong hogi, jisse future mein residential real estate sector mein growth ki ummeed hai.
