Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) ne Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru mein 4.7 acres ki land par ek residential high-rise project acquire kiya hai. Isse company ko lagbhag 6.8 lakh square feet ki saleable area milegi, jiska matlab hai ki potential revenue ₹860 crore tak ja sakta hai. Yeh ASL ka Bengaluru mein 2013 se ab tak ka 14th project hai, aur unka 10th high-rise development. Is deal se ASL ka vertical development portfolio aur bhi mazboot hoga.
Location kyu hai special?
Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru ke southeast mein ek booming area hai. Yahan se IT corridors jaise Outer Ring Road (ORR) aur WIPRO campus nearby hain. Hospital aur schools bhi paas mein hain. Is acquisition se pehle, ASL ne FY26 ke third quarter mein Whitefield mein bhi ek high-rise project secure kiya tha. ASL ke CEO, Priyansh Kapoor ne kaha ki yeh project Bengaluru mein unki vertical development ko badhayega aur Sarjapur market mein unki presence ko aur mazboot karega. Is deal ke baad, company ka current fiscal year (FY26) mein total new business development revenue potential ₹2,560 crore tak pahunch gaya hai. ASL ab Ahmedabad, Bengaluru aur Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) jaise key locations mein naye projects dhoondne par focus kar rahi hai.
