Asal mein, AGI Infra ne apne Projects ko achhe se execute kiya hai, khaas kar Tier-2 aur Tier-3 cities mein affordable aur mid-income housing par focus karke. Iske chalte company ka revenue FY25 tak ₹325 crore tak pahunch sakta hai, jo FY23 mein ₹241 crore tha. Pichhle 3 saal mein sales 18% aur profits 22.3% saalana badhe hain, aur ROE 25.7% & ROCE 22% hai. EBITDA aur PAT margins bhi 20% se upar chal rahe hain.
FIIs ka Paisa Aur QIP Ka Kamaal
Sabse badi khabar yeh hai ki Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) ne is stock mein dil khol kar paisa lagaya hai. March 2025 mein jin FIIs ki holdings bas 0.58% thi, woh March 2026 tak 4.8% ho gayi hai! Iske peeche ₹75 crore ka Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) bhi tha, jo ₹265 per share par launch hua tha. Company ki market cap ab ₹4,486 crore se ₹4,681 crore ke beech pahunch gayi hai.
Kya Valuation Bahut Zyada Ho Gaya Hai?
Abhi AGI Infra ka valuation dekho toh thoda high lag raha hai. Iska P/E ratio 39.9x se 55.8x ke beech hai, jo ki Godrej Properties (lagbhag 30-33x) aur Oberoi Realty (lagbhag 25-28x) jaise bade developers se kaafi zyada hai. Even Ashiana Housing bhi 28x ke aas paas trade karta hai. Iska matlab hai ki investors iske earnings ke liye zyada premium de rahe hain, yeh ummeed karte hue ki company future mein bhi aisa hi perform karegi.
Future Mein Kya Hai?
Real estate sector mein kaafi risks hote hain, aur Tier-2/3 cities ki demand bhi change ho sakti hai. Company apne funding ke liye customer advances par bhi depend karti hai, aur Punjab mein concentration ek risk point ho sakta hai. Plus, yeh thoda unusual hai ki itne bade stock surge ke baad bhi koi analyst is stock ko cover nahi kar raha hai. AGI Infra ko apna valuation justify karne ke liye apna growth aur efficiency level maintain karna hoga.
