Rupee ki girawat par Ex-RBI Governor Subbarao ka bada bayan: 'Sirf jugad se kaam nahi chalega!'

Former RBI Governor D Subbarao ne warning di hai ki Rupee ko sambhalne ke liye RBI ke short-term steps sirf ek temporary 'band-aid' hain. Asli solution ke liye structural tax reforms ki zaroorat hai.

RBI ki strategies par sawal uthe hain

Former RBI Governor D Subbarao ne central bank ke recent move par sawal khade kar diye hain. Unka kehna hai ki Rupee ko bachane ke liye jo temporary steps liye ja rahe hain—jaise derivative rules tight karna ya oil marketing companies ke liye special dollar window kholna—ye sab sirf symptoms ka ilaaj hain, asli bimari ka nahi. Ye measures sirf market pressure ko thodi der ke liye thanda rakhte hain, lekin economy ki root problem ko solve nahi karte.

Capital Outflow ka আসল masla

Subbarao ke hisaab se, asal dikkat sirf import payments ki nahi, balki capital outflow ki hai. Jab foreign paisa Indian market se bahar ja raha hota hai, toh currency par pressure banta hai. Woh kehte hain ki agar humein long-term foreign capital chahiye, toh humein tax laws mein stability laani hogi. International investors tabhi rukte hain jab unhein regulatory environment predictable lagta hai.

Traders ke liye kya matlab hai iska?

Rupee ki ye volatility market ke alag-alag sectors par asar daalti hai:

  • Negative Impact: Jo companies imports par depend karti hain (jaise Oil Marketing, Auto Components, aur Electronics), unka kharcha badh jata hai jab dollar strong hota hai.
  • Positive Impact: Export-oriented sectors jaise IT aur Pharma, jo dollar mein kamaate hain, unke liye ye situation faydemand ho sakti hai.

At the end of the day, debate yahi hai ki kya central bank ko intervene karna chahiye ya market ko khud decide karne dena chahiye. Investors ko ab RBI ki agali policies aur government ke structural reforms par nazar rakhni padegi.
