BEML ne Bharat 28 high-speed train ke 'squeeze tests' successfully pass kar liye hain. Company ke paas **₹5,400 crore** ka bada order hai, lekin investors ab company ke girte huye profits aur board governance par nazar rakh rahe hain.
Engineering ka bada milestone
BEML Limited ne apne 'Bharat 28' (B-28) project mein ek bahut badi jeet hasil ki hai. Bengaluru facility mein hue structural 'squeeze tests' mein train body ne confirm kiya hai ki ye 249 kmph ki speed par extreme pressure jhel sakti hai. Ye test safety ke liye zaroori tha, jo ab poora ho chuka hai.
Order book aur future plans
Ye progress NHSRCL (National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited) ke saath hue ₹5,400 crore ke deal ko track par rakhne mein madad karega. Is deal mein rolling stock supply aur maintenance dono shaamil hain. Planning ke hisaab se, August 2027 tak Surat-Vapi section par trial runs shuru ho sakte hain.
Financials ka tension
Technically strong hone ke bawajood, company ke financials mein thoda stress hai. Financial year 2026-27 ke pehle quarter mein company ko ₹27.01 crore ka net loss hua hai. Saath hi, working capital debt aur board mein independent directors ki kami jaise issues bhi hain jin par regulators ki nazar hai.
Investors ko ab November 5, 2026 ko hone wali board meeting ka wait hai, jahan naye financial results discuss honge. Project execution toh badhiya hai, lekin profit margin sudharna ab priority honi chahiye.
