Government ne PM Surya Ghar scheme mein ek naya rule laya hai. Agar aap central subsidy nahi loge, toh aap imported solar modules bhi use kar sakte ho. Ye rule March 2027 tak valid hai.

Kya Hua?

New and Renewable Energy Ministry (MNRE) ne PM Surya Ghar scheme ke liye ek naya rule introduce kiya hai. Ab residential consumers jo central financial assistance nahi lenge (yaani 'Give It Up' route choose karenge), unko ALMM (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers) ki requirement se chhoot mil gayi hai. Pehle, is scheme ke under sabhi rooftop solar projects ko government-approved list se hi modules lene padte the, jisme mainly domestic manufacturers shamil hain. Is change ke baad, ye homeowners non-DCR modules use kar sakte hain, jisme imported equipment bhi ho sakta hai. Ye rule ab se lagu hai aur March 31, 2027 tak chalega.

Subsidy vs. Choice Ka Khel

Is policy se homeowners ke liye ek clear choice hai. Jinhe government ki subsidy chahiye, unhe ALMM list ke equipment use karne honge, jisse domestic manufacturing ko support milega. Lekin jo consumers choice ko zyada importance dete hain - chahe technology variety ke liye ho ya potentially cheaper modules ke liye jo domestic list mein na ho - unke liye 'Give It Up' option hai. Official National Portal par apply karke aur ye route choose karke, woh domestic-only restriction ko bypass kar sakte hain aur net metering ka fayda bhi utha sakte hain.

Solar Sector Ke Liye Kyu Important Hai?

ALMM list ko domestic manufacturers ko support karne aur 'Make in India' ko badhava dene ke liye banaya gaya tha. Unsubsidized projects ke liye non-DCR imports allow karne ka decision 'Make in India' focus ka reversal nahi hai. Ye ek calibration mechanism hai. Jo log public funds par depend nahi karte, unke liye ALMM barrier hatakar, government rooftop solar installations ko speed up karna chahti hai, bina domestic module manufacturers ki current capacity par zyada pressure dale.

Sector Aur Competition Ka Context

India ke solar manufacturing sector ne kaafi capacity badhai hai, aur kai bade domestic players government ke local sourcing ke push ko pura karne ke liye production badha rahe hain. Residential solar market price-sensitive hota hai. Domestic modules ab competitive ho rahe hain, lekin global markets se modules access karne mein price ya availability ka fayda mil sakta hai. Ye policy change market ko differentiate karne mein help karega - ek taraf subsidy-dependent segments aur dusri taraf woh homeowners jo specific technology ya immediate availability ko government support se zyada importance dete hain.

Investors Ko Kya Track Karna Chahiye?

Investors ko dekhna chahiye ki is exemption se domestic solar modules ki demand par kya asar padta hai. Ek important point ye hoga ki 'Give It Up' route kitna popular hota hai. Agar zyada log isko choose karte hain, toh ho sakta hai ki consumers ko imported technology zyada attractive ya accessible lage. Aur, market watchers domestic solar module manufacturers ke management se commentary par dhyan denge ki kya policy se koi competitive pressure aa raha hai, ya overall residential solar installations mein growth imported equipment ki choice ko compensate kar degi. Domestic solar sector ka long-term success uski scaling, quality maintain karne aur global suppliers ke saath cost par compete karne ki ability par depend karta hai.
