Revenue ₹7,329 crore tak pahuncha, 9% ki growth ke saath. Lekin agar Q3 FY26 se compare karein toh profit ₹1,802 crore se kam hokar aaya hai. Iska matlab kya? Ya toh company ke costs badh gaye hain, ya fir unka operating margin tight ho gaya hai.
Valuation bhi high, Peers se comparison?
Ab baat karte hain valuation ki. IRFC ka share price aajkal thoda mehenga lag raha hai. Iska P/E ratio lagbhag 19-20x chal raha hai. Yehi agar REC ko dekho toh uska 5.6x, PFC ka 8.2x, aur HUDCO ka 16.40x hai. Matlab, investors IRFC ke liye zyada paisa de rahe hain, apne competitors ke comparison mein.
