To Gujarat Kidney ke board ne kuch solid kadam uthaye hain. Unhone FY25-26 ke liye naye Secretarial aur Internal Auditors appoint kiye hain. Sath hi, company ne H1 FY26 (ending Sept 30, 2025) ke financial results bhi review kiye hain.

Toh bhai log, March 19, 2026 ko Gujarat Kidney And Superspeciality Limited ke board ki meeting hui thi. Idhar kuch bade decisions liye gaye hain, jisme sabse important hai FY 2025-26 ke liye naye auditors ki appointment. Mr. Dharmendra Bhaliya ko Secretarial Auditor aur Mr. Siddharth Atulbhai Shah ko Internal Auditor banaya gaya hai. Ye sab financial accuracy aur compliance ke liye zaroori hai.

Ab aate hain numbers par. Board ne H1 FY26 (ending September 30, 2025) aur poore FY25 (ending March 31, 2025) ke unaudited financial results dekhe hain. H1 FY26 mein, consolidated profit after tax ₹2.88 Crore raha. Total income ₹13.02 Crore tak pahunchi. Pichhle saal isi period mein profit ₹2.95 Crore tha, toh thoda dip dikh raha hai, lekin income badhi hai. Shayad costs zyada badh gayi hongi.

Yaad hai na, company pe governance lapse ko lekar thoda pressure tha, khaaskar financial submissions ke mamle mein. Isi beech, March 2026 mein Company Secretary aur Compliance Officer ne resign bhi kar diya tha. Company ne yeh sab SEBI regulations ki 'inadvertent misunderstanding' batayi thi. December 2025 mein hi company ne IPO laya tha apne expansion ke liye.

Ab naye auditors se financial oversight improve hone ki umeed hai. Company apne compliance systems ko bhi strong kar rahi hai. Shareholder approval ke liye postal ballot ke results ka bhi wait hai.

Wase toh Gujarat Kidney healthcare sector mein hai, jahan pehle se hi Apollo Hospitals, Max Healthcare aur Fortis Healthcare jaise bade players hain.

Aage dekhte hain ki postal ballot ka kya hota hai, aur naya Company Secretary kab appoint hota hai. Operating costs manage karna aur profit maintain karna bhi important hoga.
