Bajaj Auto Foundation ne ₹400 crore ka scholarship fund announce kiya hai khaas kar ladkiyon ke liye engineering mein, aur saath hi ₹1,500 crore skilling initiatives par kharch karenge. Bajaj Auto Foundation, jo Bajaj Auto Limited ka social wing hai, ne India mein engineering education aur industrial skilling ko boost karne ke liye ek bada kadam uthaya hai. Foundation ne agle 10 saalon mein ₹400 Crore Rupa Rahul Bajaj Scholarship for Women in Engineering ke liye dedicate karne ka promise kiya hai. Is program ka main aim hai ₹8 lakh tak ka financial support meritorious ladkiyon ko dena jo core engineering fields jaise mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, aur robotics mein padhai kar rahi hain. Ye support desh ke 40 top institutions, jinmein IITs aur NITs bhi shamil hain, ke liye hoga.

Is scholarship ke alawa, foundation ne ₹1,500 Crore pichle 5 saalon mein skilling aur community development projects par lagane ka bhi plan bataya hai. Ye initiatives manufacturing sector mein skill gap ko bharne aur high-quality technical training tak pahunch badhane ke liye banaye gaye hain.
