Jaipur ki jewellery company Advit Jewels apna IPO la rahi hai 23 June ko. Price Rs 130-138 ke beech rahega aur company **Rs 165.16 crore** raise karegi, mostly debt kam karne ke liye.

Kya ho raha hai?

Jaipur ki jewellery banane wali company, Advit Jewels, ab public market mein entry karne ke liye ready hai. Unhone announce kiya hai ki unka Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription ke liye Tuesday, June 23, 2026 ko khulega aur Thursday, June 25 ko band hoga. Shares ka price band Rs 130 se Rs 138 ke beech set kiya gaya hai, face value Rs 10 hai. Company ka plan hai ki woh fresh issue se Rs 165.16 crore raise kare. Anchor investors ek din pehle, yaani Monday, June 22 ko bid karenge.

Paisa kahaan use hoga?

Investors hamesha dekhte hain ki company IPO se raise kiya hua paisa kaise use karegi. Advit Jewels ne apna plan clear rakha hai. Lagbhag Rs 65 crore secured debt ko repay ya pre-pay karne ke liye use hoga. May 22, 2026 tak, company ka secured borrowing Rs 75.12 crore tha. IPO proceeds use karke ye debt kam karne se, company interest burden kam kar sakti hai, jo bottom line ke liye achha ho sakta hai.

Aur Rs 65 crore working capital requirements ke liye use kiye jayenge. Matlab, raw materials kharidne, work-in-progress manage karne, aur finished goods handle karne ke liye. Jewellery business mein kaafi investment lagta hai inventory mein, toh yeh day-to-day business activities ko support karne ke liye ek standard operational move hai.

Investors kya soch rahe hain?

Market sentiment filhal positive lag raha hai. Grey market premium (GMP) upper price band se 59% ke aas-paas chal raha hai, jo strong demand ka sign ho sakta hai. Lekin yaad rakho, ye sirf ek unofficial indicator hai aur listing price ya performance ki guarantee nahi deta. Retail investors ko minimum 100 shares ka lot apply karna hoga, jiske liye Rs 13,800 lagane padenge upper price band par.

Kya Risks Hain?

Har investment mein risk hota hai. Jewellery sector mein bhi kuch challenges hain jinke baare mein investors ko pata hona chahiye. Advit Jewels ka sabse bada business risk raw material prices se juda hai. Company gold aur diamonds jaisi precious metals par depend karti hai, toh inke price mein koi bhi sharp change profit margins par seedha impact kar sakta hai. Agar raw material ka cost badh gaya aur company customers se woh cost recover nahi kar payi, toh profitability par pressure aa sakta hai.

Iske alawa, company ka operations Jaipur mein concentrated hai. Iska matlab hai ki Jaipur mein koi bhi local economic ya regional issue company ke performance par zyada impact kar sakta hai. Company disclosures mein kuch aur risks bhi bataye gaye hain, jaise limited suppliers par depend karna aur jewellery business mein seasonal demand fluctuations.

Investors ko kya track karna chahiye?

Aage chal kar, investors ko company ke expansion aur debt reduction plans ko track karna chahiye. Jab IPO khule toh subscription numbers, final listing performance, aur baad mein quarterly results ko dekhna hoga ki debt kam karne se interest coverage aur overall profitability mein sudhar aata hai ya nahi. Gold price trends aur sector-wide demand par bhi nazar rakhna investors ke liye faydemand hoga.
