PGIM India ne kyun khola fund?

PGIM India Mutual Fund ab apne international fund-of-funds mein dobara paisa lega May 18 se. Yeh hain PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund, aur PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund. Yeh investors ko global market mein invest karne ka mauka dega, jabki baaki competitors ruk gaye hain.

SEBI Ki $7 Billion Limit Ka Tension!

Asal mein, Indian mutual fund industry ke liye SEBI ne overseas investment ki ek total limit $7 billion rakhi hai, aur ETFs ke liye alag se $1 billion. Yeh limit ab lagbhag bharne wali hai. Isi wajah se kayi fund houses ruk gaye hain. PGIM India bhi yeh ₹2 lakh per investor per scheme ki limit sirf available space ke hisaab se de raha hai, SIP aur STP ke through.

Competitors Ne Kaha 'No Entry'!

Dusri taraf, Invesco Mutual Fund ne May 11 se, Axis Mutual Fund ne May 13 se, aur Franklin Templeton ne May 18 se apne international funds mein naye investments ya toh band kar diye hain ya limit laga di hai. Franklin Templeton ne toh lump sum investment par ₹5 lakh aur SIP/STP par ₹50,000 per PAN per month ki limit set kar di hai. Kotak Mahindra aur Nippon India ne bhi same hi kiya hai. Yeh dikhata hai ki sabhi ko global diversification dene mein dikkat aa rahi hai.

PGIM India Funds Ka Performance Kaisa Hai?

PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund mein abhi ₹1,694 crore AUM hai. Iska 1-year return 13.53% aur 3-year CAGR 19.11% hai. Lekin 5-year returns sirf 9.82% rahe hain.
Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund mein lagbhag ₹1,390 crore AUM hai. Iska 1-year return 20.81% aur 3-year return 11.15% hai. Per 5-year performance 1.82% raha hai.
Real Estate fund (jisme ₹61 crore AUM hai) ne December 2021 se ab tak 1-year return 10.41% aur 3-year return 5.84% diya hai. Toh performance mixed hai, investors ko dhyan se dekhna hoga.

Investors Ko Kya Chinta Hai?

Sabse badi problem yeh hai ki international funds mein paisa invest karne ka mauka mil hi nahi raha hai. Ek taraf PGIM India khol raha hai, toh dusri taraf sab band kar rahe hain. Yeh PGIM India ka offer ek temporary window ho sakta hai. Agar industry ki limit $7 billion jaldi bhar gayi toh yeh bhi band ho sakta hai. Plus, international investments mein currency risk aur global market ki uncertainties bhi rehti hain. Isliye sabko savdhani baratni hogi aur AMC ke updates check karte rehna hoga.
