Tencent ne India ke AVGC sector ko strong banane ke liye ek bada kadam uthaya hai. Ye company India ke creative tech ecosystem ko badhaawa dene ke liye aane wale saalon mein ₹10 Crore se zyada ka investment karegi.

Is investment ke liye Tencent ne do badi organizations ke saath MoUs sign kiye hain: Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) aur Game Developers Association of India (GDAI). In partnerships ka focus India ke creative tech sector ko develop karna, local developers ko support karna aur global level par Indian companies ko promote karna hai.

India apni "Orange Economy" ko economic growth ka main pillar bana raha hai. Ye sectors creativity aur culture par based hote hain. Economic Survey 2025-26 mein bhi kaha gaya hai ki gaming jaise creative fields mein bahut zyada potential hai jobs create karne ka.

Tencent ka SEPC ke saath 3 saal ka partnership hai, jiska goal hai capacity build karna aur industry mein baatcheet badhana. Isse Indian AVGC companies ko global markets tak pahunchna aasan hoga. Goal hai ki 2030 tak 2 million professionals ko AVGC-XR sector mein train aur employ kiya ja sake. Tencent ke Danny Marti ne kaha, "Hum sirf programs mein invest nahi kar rahe, balki hum local partners ke saath milkar talent, creators aur studios ke liye practical paths banan chahte hain."

GDAI ke saath milkar grassroots skilling programs par bhi kaam kiya jayega. Ismein har saal 10,000+ students ke liye National Game Jam, educators ke liye Train-the-Trainer programs aur Indian Game Developers Conference (IGDC) mein participation shamil hai. GDAI ki CEO Shruti Verma kehti hain ki India ko game development hub banane ke liye globally competitive talent develop karna zaroori hai.

Ye sab isliye ho raha hai kyunki India ka gaming market globally bahut tezi se badh raha hai. Niko Partners ke according, India Asia ka sabse fast-growing gaming market hai. 2028 tak player spending $1.5 billion tak pahunch sakti hai aur 2029 tak gamers ki sankhya 724 million ho jayegi. Tencent India mein Honor of Kings jaise popular titles bhi launch karne ka soch raha hai.
