Reliance Industries ki subsidiary, Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited (RSBVL), ne ye 50.1% stake Sikhya Entertainment Private Limited mein ₹150 Crore mein khareeda hai. Is deal se Jio Studios India ke media aur entertainment sector mein apni jagah aur pakki karna chahta hai. Sikhya Entertainment ko sab pata hai, unhone Oscar aur kai National Film Awards jeete hain. Ab Jio Studios unki storytelling aur creative talent ka fayda utha kar Indian aur international markets ke liye mast content banayega.

₹150 Crore mein Sikhya Entertainment ko khareedna, matlab Reliance creative talent par khoob paisa laga raha hai. Asal mein, Indian media aur entertainment industry 2026 tak ₹4,30,401 Crore ki ho jayegi, jo 8.8% ke CAGR se badh rahi hai. Reliance Industries ka market cap toh lagbhag ₹18,81,220 Crore hai aur unka P/E ratio bhi 19.31 ke aas-paas hai. 2 February, 2026 ko Reliance ka share ₹1,390.40 par band hua tha, aur thoda upar bhi gaya tha. Analysts ka kehna hai ki RIL ek 'BUY' hai aur target price ₹1,719.70 hai. Yeh deal JioStar banane se alag hai, jo distribution par focus karta tha. Sikhya wali deal ka goal hai alag tarah ka content banana.

Reliance ka goal hai "enduring intellectual property" banana aur "creator-led ecosystems" ko support karna. Analysts ko lagta hai ki FY26 RIL ke liye ek "breakout year" hoga.
