Naya Resort Aur Bada Expansion Plan!
ITC Hotels ne ab Kerala mein apna pehla owned resort, The Zuri Kumarakom, Kerala Resort & Spa, ₹205 crore mein khareed kar liya hai. Ye deal 15th May 2026 ko final hui hai aur isse company ka luxury segment aur bhi strong ho gaya hai. Is acquisition ka main reason hai unka bada expansion plan, jismein company 2031 tak 250 hotels ka apna network banane ka soch rahi hai, matlab lagbhag 22,000 rooms. FY26 mein hi company ne record 33 naye hotel deals sign kiye hain, jisse 3,300 se zyada rooms judenge. Currently, ITC Hotels ke paas 155 hotels aur 14,294 rooms hain, aur 67 managed hotels pipeline mein hain jinmein 6,700 rooms honge.
Financial Performance Ka Dhamaka!
Company ne Q4 FY26 mein kaafi zabardast performance dikhaya hai. Net profit 22.96% badh kar ₹315.89 crore raha aur revenue 18.2% jump kar ke ₹1,253.70 crore tak pahunch gaya. Poore saal FY26 ki baat karein toh consolidated revenue ₹4,139 crore raha, jo 16% zyada hai, aur EBITDA bhi 21% badh kar ₹1,424 crore ho gaya.
Market Mein Kya Chal Raha Hai?
Hospitality sector mein bhi aage 6-8% growth ki ummeed hai, aur occupancy rate 72-74% rehne ka anuman hai. Average room rates bhi ₹8,200 se ₹8,500 ke beech aa sakte hain. Ek interesting baat ye hai ki ITC Ltd. ka P/E ratio sirf 11x hai, jabki IHCL jaise competitors 47x par trade ho rahe hain. Ye dikhata hai ki ITC Ltd. overall market mein undervalued ho sakta hai ya phir hotel business ko zyada conservatively value kiya ja raha hai.
Challenges Aur Future Outlook
Global events ki wajah se operational costs thode badh rahe hain, lekin company ka kehna hai ki cost management se margins safe hain. 250 hotels ka target achieve karne ke liye lagatar investment aur efficiency ki zarurat padegi. Analysts mostly positive hain aur ITC Ltd. ko 'Buy' rating de rahe hain, jiska average price target ₹214.62 hai. Company ka plan agle dashak mein hotels ko double karne ka hai, jo ki kaafi ambitious hai.
