Ek bada point yeh bhi hai ki Venu Srinivasan ki jagah Bhaskar Bhat ko Tata Sons board par nominee director banaya ja sakta hai. Agar trustees ke beech yeh ladai chalti rahi, toh Chairman N. Chandrasekaran ke liye bade decisions lena mushkil ho sakta hai aur group ke strategic direction par bhi fark padega.
