SEBI, yaani ki Securities and Exchange Board of India, ne Yash Garg par kaafi sakht kadam uthaya hai. Ye banda Yash Trading Academy ke naam se Telegram par paid trading tips deta tha aur clients ke accounts bhi manage karta tha, woh bhi bina SEBI se koi license liye.

SEBI ka kehna hai ki aise unregistered advisors retail investors ko target karte hain aur market mein gadbad karte hain. Ye sab SEBI ke rules ke khilaf hai aur investors ke liye dangerous ho sakta hai.

Kaise Fasaaya Logon Ko?

Garg ne Telegram channels use karke logon ko trading tips share ki aur unka paisa liya. Yeh sab legal kaam karne ke liye SEBI registration zaroori hai. Arop hai ki yeh logon ko 'guaranteed returns' ka lalach dekar phasata tha. SEBI ki jaanch mein pata chala hai ki November 2019 se April 2023 tak isne investors se ₹92.98 Lakh ikattha kiye, jo ki galat tareeke se kamaye gaye paise hain.

SEBI ne Garg ko show-cause notice bheja tha, lekin usne koi jawab nahi diya, na hi woh SEBI ke saamne pesh hua. Aise logon ko pakadne ke liye SEBI ab evidence ke base par action le raha hai. Usse 2 saal tak securities market mein trade karne se rok diya gaya hai ya jab tak woh poora refund nahi kar deta.

Aur Kya Saza Mili?

Sirf ban hi nahi, SEBI ne us par ₹16 Lakh ki alag se penalty bhi lagayi hai. Isme se ₹10 Lakh fraudulent practices ke liye aur ₹6 Lakh rules todne ke liye hain. SEBI ka yeh action un sabke liye alert hai jo bina license ke financial advice dete hain, khaskar social media platforms par.

SEBI aise cases par nazar rakhe hue hai aur online fraud ko rokne ke liye apni koshishon mein laga hua hai. Investors ko hamesha yeh yaad rakhna chahiye ki sirf SEBI-registered firms se hi financial advice lein.
