Court ka Faisla Aur Procedural Clarity
Delhi High Court ke do judges, Justice Anil Khetarpal aur Justice Tejas Karia, ne yeh important decision sunaya hai. Isse Bar Council of Delhi mein jo rukawat aayi thi, woh ab khatam ho jayegi. Court ne mana hai ki petitions mein kuch valid points hain, lekin poori election cancel karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Iska matlab hai ki jo pehle vote hue the, unko hi final mana jayega aur results announce honge.
Verdict Ka Asar
Asal mein, vote counting Supreme Court ke stay ke baad se ruk gayi thi kyunki kuch ballot papers ke saath chhedchhad ki khabar thi. High Court ne nayi election karne ke bajaye, kuch specific administrative orders diye hain taaki current counting process ko theek kiya ja sake.
