Supreme Court ka bada faisla!

Yaar, Dataevolve Solutions ke liye SC mein sunwai hui aur court ne unka arbitration rok diya hai. State of Andhra Pradesh ka kehna hai ki Dataevolve ne contract khatam hone ke baad bhi, yani December 31, 2021 ke baad, e-challan software chalate rahe aur traffic fines ke ₹37 Crore ka ghotale kar liye. Dataevolve ka kehna hai ki state ne unse verbally kaha tha ki temporary basis par kaam chalu rakho aur revenue share karenge, isliye hisab kitaab mein gadbad ho gayi. Andhra Pradesh High Court ne pehle ek arbitrator appoint kiya tha, jisko state ne challenge kiya tha, aur ab Supreme Court ne 2 April, 2026 tak sab rok diya hai. Agli hearing 25 May ko hogi.

Digi Yatra mein bhi phas gaye?

Yeh toh ho gaya ek case. Dusra bada mamla hai Digi Yatra platform ko lekar. India ke facial recognition airport entry system wale Digi Yatra Foundation ke saath Dataevolve ki IP (Intellectual Property) ki ladai chal rahi hai. Dataevolve ko national startup challenge mein select kiya gaya tha Digi Yatra Central Ecosystem develop karne ke liye, par ab unka kehna hai ki unke IP rights ko todha gaya hai, aur toh aur KPMG par bhi copying ka ilzaam lagaya hai. Digi Yatra Foundation ka claim hai ki platform ka IP unka hai, aur ab woh Dataevolve ko hatana chahte hain.

Govt Projects mein aise risks?

Yeh sab dekh kar lagta hai ki govt tech projects mein bade risks hain. Andhra Pradesh wale ilzaam dikhate hain ki govt IT projects mein oversight aur contract management mein kami ho sakti hai. E-challan system ki baat karein toh January 2019 se December 2023 tak 18.24 Crore se zyada e-challans issue hue, par lagbhag 75% fines bharne hi nahi aaye, jisse revenue ka kafi nuksan hua. Dataevolve ek private company hai jisme 60 ke aas paas log kaam karte hain aur FY25 mein unka revenue ₹83.7 Crore tha. Agar woh Digi Yatra jaise sensitive data wale projects mein hain toh unpar zyada scrutiny hogi. Competitors mein Bade naam hain jaise Hewlett Packard Enterprise, UST, aur Mindtree.

Aage kya hoga Dataevolve ke liye?

Seedhi baat ye hai ki Dataevolve ek saath kai problems mein phas gaya hai. Supreme Court wala case seedha ₹37 Crore ke fraud allegations se juda hai. Founder Avinash Kommireddi par bhi pehle aise hi aarop lag chuke hain. Digi Yatra IP dispute aur uljhan badha raha hai. Aur toh aur, yeh ek private company hai jiske paas zyada funding nahi hai, toh aise bade legal battles ko sambhalna mushkil ho sakta hai. Agar yeh sab cases handle nahi hue toh company ki reputation kharab hogi aur future govt contracts milne mein dikkat aa sakti hai.
