Zepto IPO July Mein Aayega, SEBI Se Mil Gaya Approval!

Dekho bhaiyon aur behno, Zepto ne finally SEBI se green signal le liya hai aur apna public market debut July ke end tak karne ka plan bana rahe hain. Isse pehle Zomato aur Swiggy jaise players ke baad, quick commerce space mein ek aur bada naam list hoga.

Yaad hai October 2025 mein $450 million ka funding round? Tab Zepto ki valuation $7 billion tak pahunch gayi thi, jisme CalPERS ne lead kiya tha. Ab company apni strategy change kar rahi hai. Pehle jahan sab rapid expansion karte the, wahan Zepto ab 'market density' par focus karega. Competition Aur Paisa:

India ka quick commerce market bahut tezi se badh raha hai aur $6.64 billion tak pahunchne wala hai 2031 tak. Zepto ka mukabla Zomato ke Blinkit aur Swiggy Instamart se hai. Zomato ka stock waise bhi 2026 mein ab tak 21.1% gir chuka hai. Blinkit ko Zomato ka support hai.

Zepto ne decision liya hai ki Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) badhane ke liye alag alag jagah failne se achha hai ki kuch markets mein hi operational intensity badhai jaye. Profitability is the key!

Challenges Aur Valuation Ka Chakkar:

Sab achha lag raha hai, par quick commerce mein competition zabardast hai aur paisa bhi bahut lagta hai. Zepto ka FY25 revenue ₹11,110 crore tha, lekin losses bhi ₹3,367 crore tak badh gaye.

Cash reserves ki baat karein toh Zepto ke paas $600-700 million hai, jabki Blinkit aur Swiggy ke paas $1.7 billion aur $1.9 billion se zyada hain.

Analysts ko lagta hai ki IPO mein Zepto ki valuation $7 billion se kam ho sakti hai, shayad $5.6-5.95 billion ke beech mein. Kyunki market conditions aur investor sentiment bhi matter karta hai.

Wahi, ye log har order par ₹40-46 ka loss kar rahe hain, jo ki pehle se kam hai, par loss toh loss hai!

IPO Se Kya Hoga?

Is IPO se Zepto ₹11,000 se ₹12,000 crore tak raise karega. Ye paisa company aur expansion aur operations mein lagayegi, apni market density strategy ko aur mazboot karne ke liye.
