Neolite ZKW: Expansion aur Debt Clear Karne Ka Plan

Neolite ZKW Lightings, jo ZKW Group GmbH (LG Electronics ka hissa) ka part hai, apna IPO laa rahi hai jisme woh ₹600 Crore judne ka plan kar rahi hai. Isme se ₹400 Crore naye shares issue karke aayenge aur ₹200 Crore existing shareholders jaise Rajesh Jain aur ZKW Group GmbH bech rahe hain. Paisa use hoga ek naya manufacturing plant lagane mein Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu mein, saath hi naye machinery kharidne aur purane facilities ko upgrade karne mein. Kuchh outstanding debt bhi clear kiya jayega.

Aspri Spirits: Debt Kam Karne Par Focus

Mumbai ki alco-beverage distributor Aspri Spirits bhi apna IPO laane wali hai. Woh ₹140 Crore fresh equity se raise karegi, aur existing shareholders bhi 50 lakh shares tak sell kar sakte hain. Naye fund se lagbhag ₹105 Crore ka istemal debt repayment ke liye hoga, aur baaki paise general corporate purposes mein jayenge. Is IPO ko founders Jaikishan Sham Matai aur Arunkumar Venkat Bangalore manage kar rahe hain.

SS Retail: Store Badhane Ke Liye IPO

Mobile phones, accessories aur electronics ki multi-brand chain SS Retail bhi IPO mein ₹500 Crore tak raise karne ka soch rahi hai. Isme ₹300 Crore naye shares se aayenge aur ₹200 Crore current investors ki offer-for-sale (OFS) se. Company ₹12.4 Crore kharch karegi naye stores kholne mein aur ₹201.5 Crore working capital badhane mein. Baaki bache hue paise general corporate use ke liye rakhe jayenge, jo company ke expansion plans ko support karenge.
