Toh baat yeh hai ki Online Instruments ne apna Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) submit kar diya hai, matlab public se paisa maangne ki taiyari hai! Plan hai ₹750 crore ka IPO launch karne ka. Ismein se ₹160 crore use hoga company ka loan chukane mein taaki balance sheet strong ho sake. Fir ₹330 crore jayega working capital mein, jisse business chalane ke liye paisa kam na pade. Aur baaki bache hue paise future acquisitions aur general company expenses ke liye hain, matlab growth ka full plan hai!

Yeh company Audiovisual Systems Integration (AVSI) solutions deti hai, apne LOGIC brand ke displays banati hai, AV products manufacturing, EMS services aur commercial lighting bhi offer karti hai. India aur abroad dono jagah projects kiye hain, aur December 2025 tak 745 customers ko serve kar chuki hai. Interesting baat yeh hai ki December 2025 mein inhone US ki company Level 3 Audio Visual, LLC ko bhi acquire kiya hai, jo dikhata hai ki international level pe bhi expand karna chahte hain.

Ab market ki baat karein toh AVSI sector mein kaafi bheed hai. India mein bahut saare players hain jaise Visual Display Solutions, Sound & Vision India, Actis Technologies, aur Vallect. Competition ke beech bhi, company apne LOGIC brand ke interactive flat panel displays aur LED products banakar apni alag jagah bana rahi hai. Sector grow ho raha hai kyunki corporate aur education sectors mein unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solutions ki demand badh rahi hai. Aur haan, AVSI business mein inka repeat customer rate 84.25% hai, jo kaafi accha sign hai.

Par bhai, sab kuch hamesha itna smooth nahi hota. Investors ko kuch risks par bhi dhyan dena zaroori hai. ₹330 crore working capital ke liye rakhna shayad cash flow mein thodi problem ya continuously funding ki zarurat dikhata hai. Unidentified acquisitions par rely karna bhi risky ho sakta hai, kyunki kaun jaane woh kitne successful honge. Competition bahut hai, jisse margins par pressure pad sakta hai. Skills gap aur cybersecurity bhi issues hain. Toh DRHP ko acche se check karna mat bhoolna.

Overall, IPO ka main aim toh growth hi hai, India aur abroad dono taraf. FY25 mein jo revenue aur profit ka growth dikha hai, yeh positive sign hai. AVSI market ki demand badh rahi hai, aur company ke paas khud ki manufacturing capabilities bhi hain. Ab yeh dekhenge ki yeh log competition ko kaise handle karte hain aur apne plans ko kitna acche se execute kar paate hain. IPO ka valuation kaise hoga, yeh dekhna interesting hoga.
