NSE IPO: India ka sabse bada listing aane wala hai! Rs 30,000 crore ka IPO taiyar

India ka sabse bada stock exchange, NSE ne apna Rs 30,000 crore ka IPO file kar diya hai. Yeh IPO pura Offer for Sale (OFS) hoga jismein kai PSUs apni stakes bech rahe hain. LIC aur Radhakishan Damani jaise bade investors apni holding pakde huye hain. FY2026 mein zabardast profit ke saath, yeh Indian capital markets ke liye ek bada moment hai.

Kya hua hai?

National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) ne official taur par apna Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) market regulator ke paas file kar diya hai. Isse India ki sabse badi corporate listing ka raasta saaf ho gaya hai. Exchange ka target hai ki Initial Public Offering (IPO) se lagbhag ₹30,000 crore raise karein. Poori amount Offer for Sale (OFS) ke through aayegi, matlab existing shareholders apni stakes sell karenge aur company ko fresh capital nahi milega.

PSU Divestment aur Shareholders ka Plan

IPO structure mein public sector sellers aur private investors ke beech clear split dikh raha hai. Paanch public sector entities divestment targets poore karne ke liye apni shareholding ka kuch hissa bech rahi hain. Inmein State Bank of India (SBI), IDBI Bank, SBI Capital Markets, IFCI, aur Bank of Baroda shamil hain. Ye entities milkar lagbhag 2.37 crore shares offer kar rahi hain.

Iske ulta, kai bade private aur institutional shareholders ne apni positions maintain karne ka faisla kiya hai. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Premji Invest aur Radhakishan Damani jaise investors sale mein participate nahi kar rahe hain. Investors ke liye yeh hold karna ek important signal hai, jo exchange ke long-term business model aur growth trajectory par confidence dikhata hai.

Financial Performance aur Business ki Health

Filing mein exchange ki March 31, 2026 ko khatm hone wale fiscal year ke liye updated financial health ka glimpse mila. NSE ne lagbhag ₹18,713 crore ka total income aur ₹10,302 crore ka net profit report kiya hai. Exchange ek highly profitable segment mein operate karta hai jahan strong cash flows hain, lekin business trading volumes, market sentiment, aur volatility ke liye sensitive hai. Manufacturing companies ke opposite jahan heavy machinery chahiye hoti hai, exchange ke main costs technology, infrastructure, aur regulatory compliance se related hain.

Investors ise kaise dekh sakte hain?

Investors ke liye, NSE listing sirf ek aur IPO nahi hai. India mein equity aur derivatives trading ke primary platform hone ke naate, exchange ka ek unique position hai. Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), jo already listed hai, ke saath comparison ek central analysis point hoga. Jab dono ki tulna ki jaati hai, toh investors aksar market share, average daily turnover, aur product mix dekhte hain—jaise ki equity derivatives ka cash segments ke muqable mein contribution.

Regulatory aur Business Risks

Stock exchange mein invest karne mein kuch specific risks hote hain jo standard corporate stocks se alag hain. Sabse bada hai regulatory risk. Indian financial system ki backbone hone ke naate, NSE market regulators ki taraf se intense scrutiny mein rehti hai. Trading norms, fee structures, ya technology ya governance ko lekar kisi bhi regulatory action mein koi bhi change, exchange ki revenue aur operations ko seedha affect kar sakta hai. Iske alawa, exchange ko sirf domestic players se hi nahi, balki global trading platforms aur alternative investment products ke evolving landscape se bhi competition milta hai.

Investors ko Kya Track Karna Chahiye?

Jaise-jaise IPO process aage badhega, investors ko final pricing aur valuation ko global aur domestic peers ke saath compare karna chahiye. Regulatory approval ka timeline aur anchor investor portion aur retail subscription ki subsequent dates bhi key monitorables hongi. Iske alawa, management commentary future technology investments aur new product launches ki potential ke baare mein yeh insight degi ki exchange aane wale saalon mein apni dominant market position kaise maintain karne ka plan bana raha hai.
