Kya raha IPO ka scene?
IPO ka bidding process khatam ho chuka hai aur aaj, 28 September ko final allotment ho gaya hai. Total subscription 1.79 times raha, jisme QIBs ne 2.52 times ki demand dikhai, jabki retail investors ka response thoda dull raha, jo ki sirf 1.01 times subscribe hua.
Jin logon ko shares mile hain, unke Demat account mein 29 September tak shares credit ho jayenge. Market mein dhamakedar entry 30 September ko BSE aur NSE par hogi.
Paisa kahan jayega?
Company total ₹2,100 Crore juta rahi hai. Isme se ₹750 Crore ka use company apne existing debt (jaise GHS Shoolini aur GHS Sonipat) ko clear karne mein karegi. Baki ₹1,100 Crore ka plan promoter subsidiaries se K-12 assets aur campuses khareedne ka hai. Investors ko is acquisition par nazar rakhni chahiye kyunki promoter-led deals par market aksar thoda scrutiny rakhta hai.
Anchor Investors ka bharosa
Anchor book mein ₹945 Crore aaye the, jisme SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC AMC, Citigroup aur BofA Securities jaise bade players ne trust dikhaya hai. Ab agla focus company ki occupancy aur K-12 business ke integration par rahega.
