Toh bhaiyo aur behno, SEBI ne final stamp laga diya hai teen companies ke IPOs par: Avaada Electro, Sonaselection India, aur Grand Housing. Alag alag plans hain sabke. Avaada Electro ka toh ekdum solid plan hai renewable energy mein.

Avaada Electro ka bada solar plan

Sabse pehle baat karte hain Avaada Electro ki. Yeh company solar power modules banane mein top par hai, aur SEBI ne unke bade IPO ko haan keh diya hai. Target hai ₹9,000 se lekar ₹10,000 Crore tak raise karne ka, jiska use hoga solar energy mein expansion ke liye. Ek naya 5.1 GW ka manufacturing facility UP mein banega, aur Maharashtra ke Butibori plant ko bhi bada kiya jayega. Abhi company ki capacity 8.5 GW hai, jise FY27 tak 13.6 GW aur FY30 tak 30 GW karne ka goal hai. Ye sab government ke PLI aur VGF schemes ki madad se ho raha hai.

Competition mein dekha jaye toh Adani Green Energy ka market cap ₹1.81 Trillion hai aur P/E ratio 134.7x hai, jo industry average 28.9x se kaafi zyada hai. Waaree Energies ne pichhle saal October mein ₹4,321 Crore ka IPO laya tha.

Sonaselection India aur Grand Housing ke plans

Ab Sonaselection India ki taraf aate hain. Yeh textile sector mein kaam karti hai aur 1.43 Crore equity shares issue karke fund raise karegi. Main focus hai ₹80 Crore ka loan kam karna aur plant & machinery mein paisa lagana. FY25 mein unka net profit ₹18.56 Crore tha jo ₹316 Crore ki revenue par aaya tha.

Grand Housing, jo real estate mein plotted developments banati hai, ne toh ek dum alag path liya hai - 100% Offer For Sale (OFS). Iska matlab poora paisa promoter Vijay Surana ke paas jayega. Company ko listing ka fayda brand value aur liquidity ke liye chahiye. FY25 mein Grand Housing ki revenue ₹156.66 Crore thi aur net profit ₹84.59 Crore tha. Unke paas 1,908 acres land reserve bhi hai.

India ka IPO market ho raha hai selective

Overall India ke IPO market ki baat karein toh 2025 mein 103 companies ne ₹1,75,901 Crore raise kiye hain. Lekin 2026 mein investors zyada selective ho rahe hain, sirf achhi profitability aur sustainable business wale companies ko dekh rahe hain. Market analysts ko lagta hai ki is saal ₹1.67 Trillion se lekar ₹2.08 Trillion tak raise ho sakte hain. SEBI ne IPO observation letters ki validity bhi September 30, 2026 tak badha di hai, kyunki market mein thodi uncertainty chal rahi hai. Iska matlab companies ko apne IPO launch karne ke liye achha time mil jayega jab market sahi ho. Lekin Avaada Electro ko bade expansion risks handle karne honge, Adani Green ki valuation bhi ek concern hai. Sonaselection India debt kam karne pe focus kar rahi hai, aur Grand Housing ke OFS se company ko growth ke liye naya paisa nahi milega. Ye sab cheezein companies ko market mein launch karte samay dhyan rakhni hongi.
