Hormuz Strait mein badhti hui tension se poori global economy ko risk ho raha hai, yaar.
Jaishankar ji ne zor dekar kaha ki merchant ships ke liye safe passage bahut zaroori hai, aur energy markets mein jo disruptions ho rahe hain woh global growth ke liye bilkul bhi sustainable nahi hain.
Isi situation ko dekhte hue, Japan ne apna naya 'Partnership On Wide Energy and Resources Resilience' yaani POWERR Asia initiative launch kiya hai. Is plan ke through woh $10 Billion ki financial aid denge Asian countries ko.
Yeh fund un countries ki help karega jo fuel ki kami aur transit issues face kar rahi hain. Iska goal hai ki countries ko financially support mile, unke energy systems mazboot hon, aur woh alag alag energy sources ko adopt kar sakein. Isme emergency crude oil kharidna, supply chain ko maintain karna, aur strategic reserves banana bhi shamil hai. Critical minerals secure karna bhi ek major goal hai.
PM Narendra Modi ne bhi recently US President Donald Trump se secure Strait of Hormuz ki importance par baat ki thi. India diplomacy se solutions nikalne ke liye committed hai aur apne ships ke liye safe passage ensure karne ke liye kai dusri countries se bhi baat kar raha hai.
Ye sab dikhata hai ki West Asia se energy lene wale India jaise countries ke liye energy routes kitne fragile hain. Aise geopolitical events seedha global oil aur gas prices ko affect karte hain.
