Jio Financial Services ne oficial announcement kar diya hai ki unhone Allianz Europe BV ke saath milkar Jio Allianz General Insurance Limited naam ki company ko incorporate kar liya hai. Matlab, Jio Financial ab officially insurance sector mein enter kar chuka hai. Yeh sab 12 May, 2026 ko confirm hua hai.

Paisa kaise lag raha hai aur plan kya hai?

Yeh naya JV India mein general insurance par focus karega, jisme health insurance bhi shamil hai. Jio Financial Services ismein ₹4.95 crore lagane wala hai, jiske badle mein unhe 50% ki stake milegi. Iske liye unhone 49,50,000 equity shares subscribe kiye hain. Bas abhi regulatory approvals ka wait hai.

IRDAI ki permission aur Market ka reaction?

Yeh deal IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) ki taraf se NOC milne ke baad hui hai, toh approvals jaldi milne ki ummeed hai. Waise, market mein Jio Financial Services ke shares 13 May ko 0.5% upar band hue the, haalaanki is saal ab tak yeh 21% se zyada gir chuke hain. Plan toh yehi hai ki Allianz ka global insurance experience aur Jio ka bada distribution network milkar India ke badhte insurance market ko target karein.
