Vibha Padalkar, jinhone company ke saath 2008 se kaam kiya hai aur 2018 mein CEO bani thi, unka yeh naya term IRDAI dwara CEO tenure par di gayi clarification ke baad aaya hai. IRDAI ne saaf kiya hai ki CEO ka 15 saal ka cap sirf chief executive role par hi apply hoga, poori company mein service par nahi. Is approval ke baad, company ne shareholders ki approval ke liye bhi apply kar diya hai.

Haalanki, BNP Paribas jaise analysts ne 'Outperform' rating ke saath ₹840 ka target diya hai.
Future Strategy
Ab Vibha Padalkar ka focus hoga badhti competition ko handle karna, liberalization ka fayda uthana aur profitability issues ko solve karna. Company ne talent ko retain karne ke liye employee stock option bhi approve kiye hain. Dekhna hoga ki naye tenure mein company kaise perform karti hai.
