Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL) ne Q3 FY26 ke liye net profit mein 124% ki zabardast badhotari darj ki hai, jo ₹120 crore raha. Operations se revenue mein 136% ka robust saal-dar-saal (y-o-y) izafa hua, jo ₹851 crore pahunch gaya.
EPC Boom Fuels Performance
Company ki growth ka bada karan solar engineering, procurement, aur construction (EPC) contracts ki booming demand rahi. In contracts se revenue mein 136% ka izafa hua, aur bijli ki bikri (sale of power) se revenue mein 21% ki vriddhi hui. Yeh WRTL ki core services ke liye strong execution capability aur market demand ko dikhata hai.
New Projects and Strategic Capex
Aage badhte hue, WRTL ne bataya ki uske Board of Directors ne Buldhana, Maharashtra mein 120 MWp Solar Power Park sthapit karne ke liye capital expenditure budget ko approve kar diya hai. Apne impressive order book ko aur mazboot karte hue, company ne ₹103 crore ke EPC project ke liye ek Letter of Award (LoA) bhi secure kiya hai. Yeh contract turnkey basis par 25 MWac/35MWp ke ground-mount solar power project works ke execution ke liye hai, jismein 50 MW ke liye evacuation infrastructure bhi shamil hai. Project FY26-27 mein poora hone ki ummeed hai.
Executive Outlook
Manmohan Sharma, CFO of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd, ne results par comment karte hue company ki operational efficiency aur robust model ko highlight kiya. "We are pleased to report revenues of ₹851.06 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹360.35 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting y-o-y growth of 136.18 per cent," Sharma ne kaha. Unhone bataya ki company ke paas 2.92 GWp ka unexecuted EPC orderbook hai aur woh integrated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services deliver karne par focus kar rahi hai. Sharma ne renewable ecosystem mein innovation aur partnerships ko badhane ke saath-saath healthy cashflows, conservative leverage, aur strong governance standards maintain karne ke commitment par bhi zor diya.
