DyStar Se Exit: ₹5,854 Cr Ka Bada Gain!
Toh ye jo DyStar wala funda tha na, uska final settlement ho gaya. Kiri Industries ne apni 37.57% stake bech di USD 689.03 million mein, jo lagbhag ₹5,854.37 Crore banta hai! Isi wajah se company ko itna bada exceptional gain mila hai aur DyStar ab unki associate company nahi rahi.
Dyes Business Mein Thodi Lagg
Lekin ye jo company ka core business hai, yaani dyes aur dye intermediates, woh thoda pressure mein hai. Standalone revenue 3% YoY badha toh hai, par QoQ basis par 17% gir gaya. Matlab global demand mein kami dikh rahi hai. Standalone EBITDA positive ho gaya tha ₹57.63 Crore ka, jo pichhle quarter ke loss se behtar hai, par material margins ab sirf 20.8% reh gaye hain, jo pichhle saal 35.4% the. Iska reason hai badhti input costs aur competition. Consolidated revenue bhi 3% kam hokar ₹173.59 Crore ho gaya.
Naye Mega Projects Ka Plan!
Ab aa jate hain future pe! Company ne do bade greenfield projects announce kiye hain. Ek hai Copper Complex, jiska naam hai Indo Asia Copper Limited (IACL), aur dusra Fertilizer Complex, jiska naam hai Indoasia Agrotech Fertilizers Limited (IAFL). Dono projects par lagbhag ₹13,300 Crore ka kharcha aayega, including infrastructure. Ye projects India ko self-reliant banane ke vision 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' se bhi jude hain. Phase-1 tak lagbhag Q3 FY28 mein start ho sakta hai.
Dividend Nahi, Projects Pe Focus!
Isliye, jo DyStar se paisa mila hai, woh in bade projects mein invest hoga aur tax liability bhi pay karni hai. Isliye company ne is baar koi dividend na dene ka faisla kiya hai. Investors ko ab in naye projects ki execution, environmental clearances, aur core business mein chal rahi mushkilon par nazar rakhni chahiye. Auditor ne bhi court cases ko lekar 'Emphasis of Matter' report kiya hai, par overall opinion theek hai.
